Distant Reiki Healing is a gentle practice that connects us beyond physical boundaries. I will send healing energy your way, promoting relaxation and emotional balance at scheduled time. You can experience the soothing benefits from your own space, allowing for personal reflection and support. It’s a nurturing way to find peace and clarity, no matter where you are. You will receive a short description of any insights I might receive in the email after our session.

Reiki I class offers a comprehensive introduction to the healing art of Usui Reiki, covering its history, principles, hand positions for self and others, and energy healing techniques. Attendees will receive the Reiki I attunement/initiation and a certificate of completion. Hands-on practice is included.
